Although my capsule palettes always tend to include soft summer colours (cool, muted, greyed shades), I do like to mix it up a bit from season to season.
This summer, I’ve taken inspiration from a silk scarf I purchased earlier this year. It’s full of soft pinks, purples, slate, and charcoal, with bursts of soft white.
My “Marble Shore” silk scarf from Jigsaw.
These colours remind me of cotton candy, misty mornings in the mountains, french lavender, and sandy beaches. Light, soft, and feminine without being sickly sweet – I love how fresh and relaxed they make me feel.
I’ll be sharing my capsule wardrobe with you next week, so stay tuned to see how I’ve used this palette to curate a collection!
